Candy Easter Holiday
Ingredients:
- 1 c Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c Flaked coconut
- 3 c Confectioners sugar
- 1 c Crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 c Butter or margarine, melted
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 1/2 lb Flavored compound counting
Directions:
*NOTE* Can use either butterscotch or chocolate flavored compound counting.
MELTED. Mix crumbs, coconut and 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar together in
bowl. Work in peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt. Work in enough
remaining confectioners sugar by hand to shape centers easily. Shape into
small eggs; dip in melted compound coating. From Sweet Thing @5211 March
