Sweet Tomato Pachadi (Seasoned and Sweet Pureed Tomatoes)

  • 8 Tomatoes; pureed
  • 2 tb Jaggery
  • lg Pinch salt --For Seasoning---
  • 2 tb Ghee
  • 1 ts Black mustard seeds
  • 2 Red chiles; broken


Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chilies. When brown, pour over Tomato Pachadi and serve.
