Shrimp or Oysters Brochette

  • 1 Stick of butter
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • 1/2 Bacon for each shrimp


Heat lemon juice, butter an garlic to boiling. Put 1/2 slice of bacon around each shrimp. Salt and pepper (red) to taste. Broil 15-20 minutes Turn once.
