Seascape Pumpkin Bread

Autumn Bread Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 c All-purpose flour
- 2 ts Soda
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 3 c Sugar
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c Cooking oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 16-oz can pumpkin
- 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c Water
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, soda, salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. In a seperate bowl, mix by hand the oil, eggs, pumpkin, walnuts, and water. The Chef's Comments: "This recipe is in the oven as we speak, so i can't tell you what it tastes like. What I *can* tell you though is that there must have been a typo in the book as far as number of servings, because, I had *way* more batter than is necessary for 1 loaf. I have 12 muffins cooking, too, out of the same batch!" - Lisa
