Soups/stews Thanksgiving Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb Bacon, diced
- 1 md Onion (about 1/2 cup), chopped
- 1/2 c Celery with tops, chopped
- 2 tb Flour
- 4 c Milk
- 1 cn Corn, cream-style (17 oz)
- 1 cn Tiny whole potatoes (diced 16oz)
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- Parsley, snipped
- Paprika
Directions:
In large saucepan, fry bacon until crisp; drain. Pour all but 3 tablespoons drippings from saucepan. Add onion and celery to drippings in pan; cook and stir until onion is tendexture is bubbly.
