Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb Bacon, diced
  • 1 md Onion (about 1/2 cup), chopped
  • 1/2 c Celery with tops, chopped
  • 2 tb Flour
  • 4 c Milk
  • 1 cn Corn, cream-style (17 oz)
  • 1 cn Tiny whole potatoes (diced 16oz)
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • Parsley, snipped
  • Paprika

Directions:

In large saucepan, fry bacon until crisp; drain. Pour all but 3 tablespoons drippings from saucepan. Add onion and celery to drippings in pan; cook and stir until onion is tendexture is bubbly. R
