  • 2 ts Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 10-oz box frozen petits pois (also called baby or early peas)
  • 1 c Shredded Boston lettuce
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper


Heat butter in a small saute pan over medium heat. Add peas; cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Add lettuce, salt, and pepper and cook until just wilted, about 2 minutes more.
