Pepper Honey Sesame Dressing

Low-fat/cal Salad dress

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 oz Honey
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Sesame seeds
  • 1 ds Jalapeno Pepper juice
  • 1 ds Salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, cover and chill. This easy, quick dressing is very versatile and great on a cold poached fish dish
