Ovitt's Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c Vinegar
  • 1/8 c Oil
  • 3 tb Poultry seasoning
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • Onion powder; to taste
  • Garlic powder; to taste
  • Pepper; to taste

Directions:

Mix everything up. Pour over cut up pieces of chicken. Marinate 1 hour or overnight. Bake or BBQ as usual, basting occasionally with the marinade.
