No-Cook Cranberry Relish

Cranberries Relishes


  • 1 lg Orange; seeded
  • 2 c Fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 2 tb Candied ginger; chopped


Grate rind from orange. Remove pits and seeds. Chop rind and orange in food processor. Add cranberries and process until everything is finely chopped. Transfer to bowl and add sugar and ginger.
