No Cook Cranberry Relish

Cranberries Pickles/rel

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 c Raspberry jam; seedless
  • 1/2 c Orange marmalade

Directions:

Wash cranberries and discard any soft berries. In food processor, chop cranberries. Add jam and marmalade and pulse just to combine. Makes 2 1/2 cups
