Lemon Dill Vinaigrette (??)

Beans/legum Condiments Salad dress

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ts Lemon zest
  • 2 tb Red onion; minced
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 2 ts Capers; drained -- chopped
  • 1 tb Chopped fresh dill
  • 2/3 c Olive oil
  • Salt and ground pepper

Directions:

Recipe by: John Ash, Eating Right Preparation Time: 0:05 In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, onions, honey, capers and dill. Whisk in oil in a stream.
