Main dish Pasta Summer

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Chicken Stock
  • 4 tb Roasted Garlic *
  • 5 oz Green beans; blanched
  • 4 oz Mushrooms
  • 2 Ears of corn; scraped
  • 1 bn Green onions
  • 8 oz Fettucine
  • Parsley
  • Parmesian Cheese

Directions:

* Roast a whole head of garlic in 350 oven for 30 to 60 minutes. Sqeeze out desired amount. Heat the stock, garlic and veggies. Serve over cooked pasta. Garnish with parsley and parmesian.
