Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 tb Ginger root (unpeeled); grated
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 2 tb Lemon juice; fresh
  • 1 pn Cayenne pe

Directions:

Put grated ginger in a teapot. Cover with two cups of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain out the ginger, add honey, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Stir, drink and get well.
