German Potato Soup #3

Ingredients:

  • 4 c Potatoes; peeled and diced
  • 2 1/2 qt Chicken broth
  • 1 c Thin noodles; cooked and drained
  • 1/4 lb Thick bacon; diced
  • 1 c Chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper; to taste

Directions:

Fry bacon and onion, add chicken broth, add potatoes. Cook until tender then add noodles. Simmer for 10 minutes.
