German Leberknoedel (Liver Dumplings)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Liver; ground
  • 1 Medium onion; minced
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1/4 lb Raw spinach
  • 2 Eggs; well beaten
  • 2 tb Parsley; chopped
  • 1 tb Flour

Directions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Drop into boiling soup and cook for 5 minutes.
