Ingredients:

  • 1 c Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 lb Margarine or butter
ADD
  • 2 Eggs
BEAT WITH ELECTRIC MIXER; AD
  • 1/2 pt Sour cream
  • 1/2 ts Baking soda
  • 2 c Flour
  • 1 1/2 ts Baking powder
  • 1 ts Vanilla
FILLING
  • 1/2 c Confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c Finely chopped nuts
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon

Spread 1/2 of batter in 10² angel food pan and sprinkle 1/2 of filling over batter put remaining batter on top and sprinkle remaining filling on top and sprinkle 2 T. of melted butter or margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
