Gere-A-Deli Mango Chutney (Wash)

  • 6 Chicken breasts; skinned and baked OR poached
  • 2 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 c Mango chutney**
  • 2 tb Mild curry powder
  • 2 Honey; up to 3t.
  • 3 c Broccoli flowerets*; blanched
  • 1 lg Red bell pepper; julienned
  • 6 c Cooked penne pasta; cooled


* bite size brocoli flowerets
** preferably a commercial brand with large pieces of mango
Cut chicken into strips and turn into a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, blend together mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and honey, mixing well. Add chicken with broccoli, red pepper and pasta. Gently combine all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours before serving.
