Georgia Pecan Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 3/4 ts lemon and pepper seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 ts tarragon leaves
  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1/4 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Blend mayonnaise, and seasonings. Spread over fillets. Press pecans on the fillets and back in 425' oven for 15-20 minutes. Walt MM Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V3 #250
