Georgia Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Milk
  • 2 tb Flour
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 c Crushed peach pulp
  • 1 c Whipped cream

Directions:

Combine sugar and flour, add milk and cook until thick, stirring occasionally. Cool. Add peach pulp and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze. Makes 2 quarts.
