Gefulte Fish Dip #2

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tb White Horseradish
  • 1 pt Gefulte Fish
  • 1 ts Lemon Juice
  • 1 ds White Pepper
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese; softened
  • 1/2 tb Salt

Directions:

Drain fish and mash with fork. Put in remaining ingredients and stir. Can put into a mold by first lining the mold with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Unmold. Serve with crackers or matzo.
