Ingredients:

  • 4 c Tomato juice
  • 2 c Chopped seeded peeled tomatoes
  • 1 c Diced green pepper
  • 1 c Diced celery
  • 1 c Diced seeded cucumber
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 c Diced onion
  • 1/3 c Tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tb Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tb Minced chives
  • 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ts Salt; optional
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 2 tb Vegetable oil

Date: Sat, 3 Aug 1996 20:12:32 -0500 In a large bowl, combine the first 13 ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours. Stir in oil before serving. Serve cold. Makes 8 servings.
