Gazpacho #5

  • 3 kg Fresh red red tomatoes
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 Cucumber peeled (some type of them are acid and repeat)
  • 1 sm Onion peeled
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 ts Cumins salt
  • 1/2 ts Red paprika powder
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Water
  • 2 Dry breads in pieces


Clear off the green hard center of tomatoes. Mash the tomatoes and all vegetables. Sift the tomatoes and vegetables till get a liquid (apart the sediment). In a musk mash the garlic with cumins and salt adding a little oil and water and paprika and bread.
Once all ready put everything together and pass with machine again adding the oil the vinegar (tasting) adding water =B11 ltr,... at taste.
Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour and serve and drink like a beverage at any time of the day...
If serve in dishes you can add onion and green pepper very well cut in small pieces, also add small crostones (crostini) ... and if you have hierbabuena... OKay, you can add a little.
