Ingredients:

  • Zucchini
  • Green pepper, small
  • Onion, small
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato, large
  • 3 x Garlic, cloves
  • 1/2 ts Cumin
  • 1/4 ts Chili powder
  • 4 tb Olive oil
  • 12 oz V8 or tomato juice

Directions:

Finely chop vegetables and garlic ( or run through food processor or blender for 10 seconds ). Add vegetables and spices to juice and refrigerate. THE ANDERSONS' FOOD GARDEN
