Gazpach Soup (Spanish Salad Soup)

Ingredients:

  • 4 Ripe tomatoes; quartered
  • 1/2 sm Onion; sliced
  • 1/2 Green pepper; seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber; sliced
  • 4 Sprigs parsley
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 2 tb Wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c Ice water
  • 1/2 c Red wine
  • 1 ds Tabasco sauce
  • Croutons

Directions:

Put all ingredients except croutons into blender container, cover press button 8 for 15 seconds or until all ingredients pass through blades. flash blend if needed. DO NOT OVER BLEND.
 
Garnish with freshly toasted croutons..
