Gaucho Dip for Vegetables

  • 1 pk Bleu cheese; crumbled
  • 1 c Light sour cream
  • 4 oz Ripe olives; chopped
  • 1/4 ts Garlic salt
  • 1 tb Lemon juice


Combine everything. Chill for at least 1 hour so flavors mix. Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
