Garlic Shrimp

  • 1 lb Of shrimp in shells
  • 6 -8 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c White wine
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 3 tb Olive oil


Put shrimp into hot olive oil and add salt. Cook for only one or two minutes, keeping the hot oil and shrimp well stirred. Slowly add the garlic and cook for a minute or two, then add the white wine. Take off the heat and let simmer until done. Shell the shrimp and enjoy. A messy but delicious finger food.
