Garlic Parmesan Bread

  • 1 pk Active Dry Yeast
  • 3 1/2 c Bread Flour
  • 1/4 c Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbls Honey
  • 1/3 c Dry Milk Powder
  • 1 Tbl Gluten
  • 1 ts Diastatic Malt Powder
  • 2 Tbls Garlic Powder -OR 8 Cloves Garlic; Baked
  • 2/3 c Parmesan cheese; Grated
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 c Warm Water


Yields 1 Loaf
All ingredients should be at or above room temperature. If using garlic cloves, peel and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees (wrap in aluminum foil for baking.) If using garlic cloves, mash the baked cloves before adding them to the bread machine.
Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread". Press "Start". Cool the bread on a rack for at least 1 hour before slicing.
