Garlic Mushrooms

  • 50 g Butter; (2oz)
  • 2 Cloves garlic; crushed
  • 375 g Button mushrooms; (12oz)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tb Freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tb Freshly chopped coriander


Melt the butter and add the garlic and mushrooms. Saute over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add seasoning to taste and sprinkle over the fresh herbs. Serve immediately, with crusty bread.
