Garlic Mashed Potatoes #11

Low-fat/cal Potatoes


  • 3 lg Potatoes
  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 2 Cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 c Fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 c Fat-free Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tb Margarine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
