Garlic Confit

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bulb Garlic; peeled and seperated.
  • 2 c Water
  • 1 tb Kosher salt
  • 1 tb Fresh basil
  • 2 tb Unsalted butter

Directions:

1. Blanch garlic in salted water until tender, drain.
 
2. Saut garlic lightly in butter and garnish with Basil.
