Garlic And Parsley Prawns

  • 1 oz Butter; (25g)
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1 ts Schwartz Minced Garlic
  • 1 tb Schwartz Parsley
  • 8 oz Large peeled prawns; (225g)
  • French bread; 1 lemon - cut into wedges.


Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the Minced Garlic, Parsley and prawns and stir fry until sizzling. Serve immediately with plenty of French bread and lemon wedges.
Serves 4 as a starter
