  • 1 Eggs
  • 3 tb Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 pn Salt
  • 1 ts Oil, vegetable


Mix egg with flour and salt. Spoon mixture into boiling soup, using 1/4 teaspoon at a time. Cook in the soup for 2-3 minutes just before serving.
