Fruit Tzimmes -- Compote

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Prunes
- 1/2 lb Dried apricots
- 1/2 lb Dried pears or apples
- 2 c Water
- 2 tb Honey
- 3 tb Brown sugar
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1/2 lb Sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, presoak all the fruit overnight. Drain the water. Pit the prunes. In a medium sized saucepan combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
