Ingredients:

SANTOW (FKWS10B
  • 3/4 c Walnuts, chopped (Opt.)
  • 3/4 c Dates, chopped
  • 3/4 c Raisins
  • 3 Eggs, well beaten

Directions:

Using the smallest size muffins pans spray with releasing agent (such as PAM) Heat oven to 325.. Mix all ingredients together and spoon a small amount into each muffin hole. Bake 15-20 minutes at 325. Remove immediately from pans to cool. YIELD: 24 muffins. These freeze and defrost very nicely and I have found that I have to make at least four dozen at a shot since my husband thinks they are better than candy !!
