Fettuccine Primavera

  • 1 Box; (12 oz.) fettucine
  • 6 c Cut-up assorted fresh vegetables - use broccoli florets; red and/or green bell peppers, zucchini and/or yellow squash
  • 1 Jar; (27.5 oz.) Ragu Light Pasta Sauce
  • 1 c Shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese; (about 4 oz.)
  • 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese


Got these sent to me from "Mama Cucina"...thought I'd share the bounty!!
Cook fettucine according to package directions, stirring in assorted fresh vegetables during last 5 minutes of boiling; drain.
In medium saucepan, heat Ragu Light Pasta Sauce. Toss with hot pasta, vegetables and cheeses. Garnish, if desired, with fresh basil leaves.
