Fettuccine Alfredo #9

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Cream cheese; cut in bits
  • 1 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 1 c Half and half
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 8 oz Fettuccine noodles; cooked and drained

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, half and half, and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth.
 
2. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Serve immediately. Yield: 3-4 servings.
