Ingredients:

  • 4 Stalks celery; sliced
  • 1/2 c Canned water chestnuts thinly sliced
  • 1 pk Frozen petite peas 8- to 10-ounce package
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 4 c Steamed rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

Combine celery, water chestnuts, peas and putter in saucepan. Place over medium heat and heat through. Toss with rice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 8 servings. Each serving contains about: 396 calories; 117 mg sodium; 8 mg cholesterol; 3 grams fat; 81 grams carbohydrates; 9 grams protein; 1 gram fiber.
