Festive Cranberry Salad

  • 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk; (14 oz)
  • 1/4 c Lemon juice
  • 1 cn Crushed pineapple; (20 oz) drained
  • 1 cn Whole berry cranberry sauce; (16 oz)
  • 2 c Miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c Chopped pecans
  • Red food coloring; optional
  • 1 Carton frozen whipped topping; thawed, (8 oz)


Ina bowl, combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in the pineapple, cranberrys sauce, marshmallows, pecans and food coloring if desired. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 13x9x2" baking dish. Freeze til firm, 4 hours or overnight.
