Bacon Casseroles Cheese Eggs


  • 6 sl Bread
  • Butter
  • 8 sl Canadian bacon
  • 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; grated
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 c Milk


Basically you take 6 slices of bread, butter them, lay them at the bottom of a shallow baking dish, put some Canadian bacon on top of the bread, then some grated cheese (1 1/2 cups) on top, then mix 6 eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk, pour over the mixture, and let sit overnight. In the morning put it in a cold oven, and cook at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
