Favorite Tuna Casserole

  • 1 pk (8 oz) of egg noodles; spaghetti, or linguine cooked till el dente. I break up the ling/spagh..into shorter lengths. We like any pasta laying around...LOL
  • 1 cn Tuna; to taste, I use albacore, it's not as "fishy" (up to 2)
  • 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup undiluted.
  • 1 cn (4 oz) mushrooms; drained
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese; about, or to taste


Blend all and top with parmesan cheese. Bake in a buttered casserole dish, no lid, @ 350 till heated through and cheese begins to brown, about 30 minutes.
