Fat-Free Waffles

  • 1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tb Baking powder/or baking soda
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 ts Caraway seeds
  • 1 ts Flax seeds
  • 1 c Non fat yoghurt
  • 1 1/4 c Skim milk

Heat waffle iron while preparing batter. Put all these ingredients in mixer and blend thoroughly. You can use Food Processor also. I spray a little Pam on the waffle iron, which when it feels like it, can be ornery. Using 1/2 cup measuring glass, pour on waffle iron, put your timer on for 4.00 minutes or until most of the steaming has abated. These are delicious. Give them a go.
