Fat-Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1 c Water
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1/2 c Corn syrup
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 1/4 c Flour
  • 1 c Cocoa
  • 3/4 c Cornstarch
  • 1 ts Baking powder
  • 1/2 ts Baking soda

Directions:

Dissolve sugar in water. Add egg whites, salt, syrup and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Batter will be very thin. Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
