Cookies Swiss

Ingredients:

  • 10 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 dl Cream
  • 50 g Butter (melted)
  • 1 kg Flour

Directions:

Mix well and roll out 1/2 cm thick. Cut out rounds and fry in deep fat (200 C). Dust with powdered sugar.
