Farmer's Cay Flambe

  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 oz Concentrated orange juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz Banana Rum
  • Vanilla ice cream


Peel and slice banana lengthwise. In a copper pot, heta the concentrated and fresh orange juice. Add to bananas. Pour orange juice and banana rum over banana and ignite. Serve with icecream. Typed by
