Fake Baileys Irish Cream

Alcohol Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 2 c Heavy cream
  • 1 3/4 c Brandy
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tb Chocolate syrup
  • 1 1/2 ts Vanilla

Directions:

Due to samonella contamination of eggs, use this recipe with caution. I'm allergic to whiskey and rye so the real Baileys is out. Instead I live dangerously by making this recipe for the holidays.
 
In 6-cup blender, blend all ingredients until frothy. Use low speed or you'll have Baileys every where! :) Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 weeks. Makes 18 servings at 230 calories per 1/3 cup. Recipe By : Pilsbury
