Fabulous Mushroom Salad

Mushrooms Salads Spinach


  • 2 lb Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts Dried whole basil
  • 1/2 ts Onion salt
  • 1 ts Dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 lb Spinach; torn
  • Cooked crumbled bacon; for ganrish
  • Tomato wedges; for garnish


Clean mushrooms with damp paper towel. Combine with next 4 ingredients, tossing gently; sprinkle with parsley. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
