Easy Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 pn Salt
  • 2 ts Flour
  • 2 tb Lemon Juice
  • Grated Rind Of 1 Lemon
  • 6 tb Butter; melted
  • 1 Pie Crust (9 Inch); unbaked

Directions:

Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375ΓΈ until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
