Easy Company Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c Margarine
  • 1/4 c Sauterne wine
  • 1 cn (15-oz) asparagus spears; drained
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt margarine and mix with wine. Pour over drained asparagus. Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
