Easy Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2 tb All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Stick Margarine; melted
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 6 oz Tropic Isle Coconut; thawed

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and blend well.
 
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350-F or until crust is brown and custard is firm.
