Easy Chili #2

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 md Onion, chopped
  • 1 Stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 ts Chili powder
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1 cn (16oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c Tomato sauce
  • 1 cn (15oz) (2 cups) kidney beans, undrained

Directions:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, and celery; drain excess fat.
 
Stir in remaining ingredients, except beans. Simmer, uncovered, 30-45 minutes until flavors are blending. Stir in the beans; heat through.
